Directions

We are located in the Waterford Business Complex next to Bellini's restaurant on the ground floor. The Waterford complex is located on the southeast corner of Penn and 63rd overlooking the picturesque swan pond. Parking is located in the underground covered portion of Waterford Complex parking. Park near the red 6305 number on the wall (or the Bellini's sign). You will then enter the double doors adjacent to the 6305 sign.

From I-235, take the 63rd avenue exit west and turn left (north) just before reaching Penn Avenue. You will then see a ramp leading you below to the covered parking area.

From Northwest Expressway, take the Penn Avenue exit north and turn right (east) into the Waterford complex just before reaching the stoplight on 63rd. You will then see the entrance to the parking garage on your left. If you miss the turn, you can simply turn right on 63rd and then take the next right into the Waterford Complex.

From I-44, take the Northwest Expressway exit and follow the above directions. You may also take the Penn Ave. exit and simply proceed northbound until reaching the complex as above.
